Nicholls State University’s Office of Continuing Education in conjunction with the John Folse Culinary Institute is happy to offer the Serv-Safe Sanitation Course Saturday, February 23, 2013. This will be a one day compressed class that will require reading the material prior to class. It is very important that you read the material so you may keep up in class. Receiving this letter does not guarantee enrollment in the class. Space is limited to 40 people. The simple steps needed to enroll in this class are: 1) Register and pay for the class by February 22, 2013.
